Intro:
Lets be Honest... We have all been wishing for a real Ironman Repulsor.... And I think I have found a solution, A cheap, Working Exoskeletal arm with a Real Working Repulsor!
Design:
In order to create a basic 3D model of the exoskeleton I used Blender to form a simple but efficient model with material tests. After designing the model and a few sketches I built a schematic using blender and a few notebook sketches.

Prototyping:
Once I had Build the 3d model and Used a IK Physic Engine, it was finally time to manufacture a functioning prototype. The materials I Used was Mild Steel Flat Bars and Aluminium sheets for the rings.

Testing:
As of today, I have starting testing my repulsor (I will not be showing how i built it due to the possibility of injury, Do Not Try This at Home ). However The videos below show how it worked at low settings compared to high.

Since these photos:
I have Updated the model for the Vortex generator's shape. This resulted in the Repulsor being 3x as powerful as the older version
